The study of magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) is an emergent field science in this era due to their widespread utilization the various fields biomedical science. Developing concerns researcher’s led design a huge number MNPs including individual or binary metallic particles, oxides, (ferrites), biopolymer coated composites, carbides and graphene mediated nanoparticles. Numerous synthetic routes are defined literature attain desired size, crystal structure, morphology properties. To build up biocompatibility, subjected surface treatments by coating with some suitable organic inorganic biomaterials which not only improves its physical characteristics but also elevate chemical stability. These coat either isolatly combined state enhance colloidal stability, properties as well prevent it cytotoxicity corrosion biological media. essential for particles empowering effectiveness i.e., drug delivery Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), hyperthermia, biosensors gene therapy etc. Current review recapitulates verdicts previous research on subject It will explain recent advancements that execute dynamic role medical treatments. Our main focus report particle types, discussing sol gel, co-precipitation, microemulsion, green synthesis, sonochemical method polyol synthesis methods produced excellent yield unique properties, coercivity crystallinity enhanced biocompatibility compared traditional used develop MNPs.
